Returns

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at modasfab@gmail.com and send your item to: B 22-A, Shiv Marg Bani Park, Jaipur - 302016.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: B 22-A, Shiv Marg Bani Park, Jaipur - 302016.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over Rs.5000 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.

  • Refunds are only made in terms of a Returns & Exchange Coupon.

  • Returns & Exchange Coupon will be shared by our team once the order is picked up from the customer and we have received the returned shipment.

  • Tags must be intact.

  • Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Returns & Exchange Coupon are not eligible for any Returns or Refunds.

  • In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.

  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through e-mail. Further steps for replacement, coupon, or full refund will be communicated.

No returns or exchanges will be given in the following cases:

  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Note: Shipping charges are non - refundable.

Note: The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Return & Exchange Request Process:

 

To initiate the return or exchange process the customer will have to contact us on :

 

State the following while contacting our team :

  • Order ID

  • Name of Item to be returned/exchanged.

  • Reason for the return/exchange along with images in case of any defects/damages.

  • A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.

  • Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.

  • Return or Exchange requests for orders placed using a Returns & Exchange Coupon will be rejected.

 

Returns & Exchange Coupon:

  • A Returns & Exchange Coupon will be issued once the order is picked up from the customer and we have received the returned shipment.

  • The Returns & Exchange Coupon is valid for a lifetime.

  • The coupon will be for the sale amount of the returned products.

  • Shipping costs will not be added back as it is non-refundable.

International Orders:

  • If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.

  • We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.

  • A Returns & Exchange Coupon or refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • International Orders are not eligible for exchanges. The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision.

    In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at modasfab@gmail.com. The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you. A Returns & Exchange Coupon of the same value or a full refund can be made in such cases.

Refunds:

 

REFUNDS WILL TAKE 20-25 WORKING DAYS.

 

Please Note : We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered. In any other case, a refund is made only is terms of Returns & Exchange Coupon.

  1. Returns take approximately 12 to 14 working days to reach the company.

  2. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only once the return reaches the warehouse and is thoroughly checked by our in-house team which takes 1-2 working days.

  3. Post that it takes 2-3 business days to process the refund internally

  4. It will take the bank or portal also 2-3 business days to process/reflect the refund.

  • A flat fee of Rs.150 will be deducted in case of Money Refunds. No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account.

  • A refund will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.

  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Kindly be aware that we have partnered with a third-party courier service. While we are committed to assisting you, there are instances beyond our control. The contact information of the delivery executive is exclusively provided to the recipient, which may limit our ability to address certain issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations

 

Cancellations

 

An order is eligible for cancellation within 12 hours of order placement or before it has been processed for shipment at our warehouse whichever may be sooner.

To initiate a request for cancellation please write to us at modasfab@gmail.com with your order number and request for cancellation mentioned in the subject.
